Grass Fed Beef
We utilize a regenerative grazing model to rotate our Black Angus herd through our pasture system, providing tender grass for the cattle and ample rest for the pasture. Our beef is available for sale directly from the farm via retail sales and also from some local grocery outlets. The animals that we don’t sell locally are marketed through a wholesale grass fed beef distributor.
We offer weekly deliveries to the Vermontville, Bloomingdale, Saranac Lake, Lake Placid, and Wilmington, NY areas. We also offer daily on-farm pick up for online orders.
Farmstand
Our small roadside stand is stocked with grass fed beef, farm fresh eggs and seasonally available fresh cut flowers, fruits, and vegetables. Our seasonal offerings typically include rhubarb, black and red raspberries, tomatoes, potatoes, pumpkins and more.
The Farmstand is open seasonally from April to November.
